What kind of food a Heart Patient should AVOID?
If one is suffering from heart disease/ hypertension; he/ she should avoid Fruit juices with sugar, sweets, fried food, processed food, packed foods, butter, margarine, cream, mayonnaise, mutton, meat, fried chicken etc.
What kind of food a Heart Patient can consume?
If one is suffering from Heart Disease; he/ she should include Raw whole fruits, vegetables, green vegetables, oats, whole grains, pulses, almonds, walnuts, skimmed milk, egg white, lean chicken, lean fish etc. in his/ her daily diet plan.
